Zidane Leaves Real Madrid On Loan

Spanish giants, Real Madrid, announced on Tuesday that Luca Zidane, their manager’s son, had joined second-division club, Racing Santander, on-loan for next season.

The 21-year-old goalkeeper is a product of the club’s youth system, along with his brother, Enzo, both of whom have worked under their father, Zinedine Zidane, at the club.

The coach after returning to Real in March, gave Luca a start in a league game against Huesca at the Santiago Bernabeu, which the La Liga giants won 3-2 in only his second first-team appearance.

Luca won the European Under-17 championships with France in 2015.

His older brother, Enzo, 24, is now a free agent, after he was released by Swiss second-tier side, Lausanne-Sport, earlier this month.
