PSG Ready To Meet De Gea’s £350,000-a-week Wage Demand

French champions, Paris Saint-Germain, are ready to pay David De Gea the £350, 000 weekly wage he is asking for at Manchester United, a report says.

The Sun reports that the Spain’s number one has said he would leave the club if the demand was not met.

The 28-year-old has been locked in a protracted contract negotiation to renew his deal at the club.

The report added that the former Atletico Madrid shotstopper increased his demand, with his agent, Jorge Mendez, believing the club can afford what they are asking for, over what Alexis Sanchez takes home every week.

The contract situation of the goalkeeper, rated as one of the best in the world, is said to have caught the attention of PSG, against whom he made saves to ensure his English club side knocked out the French giants in the Champions League round of 16.

The club are also said to be looking for a replacement for Italian veteran, Gianluigi Buffon, who was far from being impressive in the crucial second leg round of 16 tie defeat to United in Europe’s elite club competition earlier this month.
