Man United Owners Block Pogba’s Move To Real Madrid

Paul Pogba’s attempt to engineer a move to Spanish giants, Real Madrid, has been blocked by the owners of Manchester United, a report has revealed.

The Glazer family, the American owners of United, have told Mino Raiola, Pogba’s agent, that the midfielder is not for sale, the Spanish newspaper, Marca reports.

Pogba, bought for a then world record of £89 million, is reportedly trying to find his way out of Manchester following heavy criticisms piled upon him at the end of last season.

The Frenchman had said in a recent interview that it was time for him to have a new challenge elsewhere, fuelling speculations his days at the Old Trafford club may be numbered.

It was learnt that Real Madrid are purportedly planning to offer £130 million for the 2018 World Cup winner.

However, Joel and Avram Glazer have told Raiola in clear terms that the midfielder would not be sold as he (Pogba) is considered essential to United.
