John Legend has opened up about how lockdown has made him and his wife Chrissy Teigen”stronger”.

The All Of Me hit-maker, 41 admitted being cooped up at home with his supermodel wife, 34, has taught him the true value of family life.

The celebrity couple – who are daughter Luna Simone, 4 and son Miles Theodore, 2 – have experienced challenging times while attempting co-parent their children amid the coronaviruspandemic.
While they have had their moments after being forced to home-school their children due to the crisis, the singer has insisted that it has only made him and Chrissy grow closer together.

During a recent Zoom concert where he played some songs from his upcoming album Bigger Love, John spoke candidly about the effects that lockdown has had on his marriage and home life.
Being pushed to spend so much time with his wife at home, the 41-year-old admitted he’s learned a lot about his relationship with Chrissy and their combined parenting practises and skills.

He said: “We have spent long stretches of time together. We had long stretches where we didn’t talk before so I don’t think we’ve learned a lot about each other but we have learned a lot about parenting.”

Despite it being an extremely “intense” experience, it’s brought the celebrity couple together and solidified their bond as parents.
John revealed: “It’s a more intense parenting experience than we’ve ever had. It’s made us stronger and brought us together. It’s definitely a challenge to co-parent during these times.”
John and Chrissy have been holed up in Los Angeles with their two children Luna and Miles.
