Italian Serie A side, Inter Milan and Premier League club, Chelsea, have agreed a €10m transfer fee for former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses.
A switch to Inter will see Moses reunite with his former boss at Chelsea, Antonio Conte.
Moses, 29, will link up with Inter on an initial six-month loan this month, with the deal expected to be made permanent in the summer.
The Nerazzurri (The Black and Blues), according to a report in futbolarena.com, are however keen to subject Moses to a rigorous medical tests following his recent fitness problems.
Moses has struggled to stay fit since linking up with Turkish giants Fenerbhace on an 18-month loan deal in January 2018.
The former Crystal Palace player has had so many injuries in the last two years and Inter, according to the report, want guarantees.
He has played only six games for Fenerbhace this season because of a recurring thigh injury.
