UK rapper and singer Ms Banks who recently visited Nigeria for the first time in December 2019 is full of praises and admiration for Nigerians over the kind of reception she has gotten. The female rapper posited that she’s working on many projects but wouldn’t like to make a disclosure at the moment.

Asked why there are more female rappers that male in the industry at the moment, she posited that , the male folks have dominated the rap music for long and it’s now the turn of the women to take over.
On whether she is a feminist, she said that she ‘s not but she advocates for the right of women.
Speaking on the growth of Nigeria music, she said that Nigerian music industry has really grown to the extent that everybody from all other parts of the world wants to have something to do with it ,saying Nigeria is an amazing place 100% when it comes to music.
Asked to pick her favourite artistes and who she would love to work with at the moment ,Ms Banks posited that she loves joeboy, fireboy, Skales and a host of others, saying many artiste are springing up and really doing well at the moment.
On the nomination of Burna Boy for 2020 grammys ,she posited that she’s sure Burna Boy would win it for the first time for Nigeria saying his kind of music is topnotch.

On what gives her inspiration, she claimed that club music and environment gives her inspiration. Asked whether she has plans to do collaboration with any western artiste, she said she has penciled down some of them.
On what she would take back to the UK ,she said she loves the hustle of Nigerians and hospitality nature , saying she would love to take that home.

Speaking on why she delved into music ,Ms Banks said that her family has been a music oriented one as her dad and mum are music lovers.
MS Banks is a half Nigerian and Ugandan but she was born and bred in the United Kingdom.
