US President, Donald Trump, has arrived in the UK to begin a three-day state visit.
He will meet members of the Royal Family, and is expected to discuss climate change and Chinese technology firm Huawei during talks with outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May.
Minutes before touching down, Trump criticised Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, with whom he has clashed in the past.
He called Khan a “stone cold loser” for criticising the decision to roll out the red carpet for him.
Trump has visited the UK before, this is his first official state visit involving far more ceremonial and Royal events.
He and Queen Elizabeth will both deliver speeches at a state banquet at Buckingham Palace tonight.
On Tuesday, Trump will hold talks with British Prime Minister Theresa May just days before she formally steps down as leader of the Conservative Party.
In newspaper interviews at the weekend, Trump suggested that Boris Johnson would be an excellent candidate to replace her.
He also suggested that a role should be found in Brexit negotiations for Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage.
