Rapper Illbliss, Set To Release 14 -Track Album

Nigerian singer and rapper Illbliss has taken a swipe at the Nigerian senate for debating on the proposed social media bill.The singer described the process  as dumb and not worth debating, saying the country has more pressing needs that  the lawmakers should attend to, rather than wasting their time on a bill that wouldn’t benefit the generality of the people.

In the same vein, Illbliss has urged the people of the country to stop berating indigenous rapper, postulating that the country is big with diverse culture and tradition, saying lyricism and dialect cut across.

” I have seen Indians,Polish and South Africans sing and rap in their local dialect. I have seen many songs done by South Africans native Swahili. I see no reason why it shouldn’t happen here” He said

”When it comes to communication, local dialect can pass  the message across”

The singer urged music lovers to do away with the name local rapper and embrace ”dialectical  rapper” saying that is more befitting.

Illbliss also hinted on his forth coming album entitled ”ILLYCHAPO” saying the release date has been shifted to January to enable him put finishing touches to it.

He affirmed that it has 14 tracks and has a lot of messages that it will send across to his teeming fans. He said that the music addresses fatherhood, saying he’s now a father and knows what fatherhood entails.

”ILLYCHAPO” is collaborative with a lot of singers being featured in it. Olamide, Phyno and a host of other powerful artistes featured in the album.
