Mo Salah Wins PFA Player Of The Month
Egypt and Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah has been voted the Professional Football Association (PFA) League Player of the Month for January.
The PFA announced Salah as the winner on their verified Twitter handle on Monday.
Salah finished top in a fan poll that was conducted to land the award for the second month in a row..
He beat off competition from Manchester United trio, David de Gea, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford; Watford skipper, Troy Deeney; and Leroy Sane of Manchester City.
The former Chelsea and Roma star, scored three times in four top-flight appearances in January, helping Liverpool remain top in the Premier League table.
He currently leads the league’s top scorers chat on 16 goals.
