Criminals Have Hijacked Nigeria - 2Baba

Ace Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, on Thursday said criminals have hijacked Nigeria and they are also ready to wreck the country.

The singer made this known in a post on Twitter. According to him, some set of people have dedicated their time and energy to make sure Nigeria crumble, adding that Nigerian system has now become a joke.

“Naija system is a total joke. Criminals have hijacked naija. Men and women that have dedicated their time 2 make sure that naija will carry last.. No shame. No dignity. No honor. I pray the young men that have entered the system will do their best to influence positive change.”

2Baba recently made headlines when he dared his erstwhile band mate, Blackface, instead of his continuous threat of suing him on air and via social media.

In a recent interview, the ‘If Love Is Crime’ singer said Blackface has continued to go on air to spit lies.

“Let me put it like this, you just go on air and start spinning lies. I have never said or done anything bad to Blackface, but he just goes on air and starts lying all the time because he wants to spread hate. It is a smear campaign. He keeps saying he is going to sue me, so I am saying sue me!
“You know say I no thief your song, you just want people to hate me. Stop the nonsense. Anytime he comes on air, ask him ‘wetin im do wey make me sue am? Ask am whether I no write am letter before say guy stop this thing, I did not steal your song.”
