Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur shared the spoils in a thrilling North London derby in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Gunners staged a comeback to force their visitors to a 2-2 result at the Emirates.
Harry Kane continued his impressive goal scoring run in the derby, as he scored the second goal for Spurs, after Christian Eriksen had put them ahead.
Arsenal scored deep into first half stoppage time through Alexandre Lacazette, before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completed the comeback.
Despite being under pressure in the early part of the game, it was Spurs who went 1-0 ahead in the 10th minute through Eriksen, with a tap in after Erik Lamela’s shot was parried to his part by Bernd Leno.
Kane doubled Tottenhyam’s lead in the 40th minute, when he smashed home from the penalty spot after Granit Xhaka foul Heung-Min Son inside the box.
Arsenal reduced the deficit, thanks to Lacazette, who whipped in a left-foot shot past Hugo Lloris to make it 2-1.
Arsenal came out fired up in the second half, and were rewarded in the 71st minute through Aubameyang, who deftly deflected Matteo Guendouzi’s pass into the net
Few minutes later, Arsenal thought they had scored the winning goal after Sokratis Papasthathopoulos bundled in Sead Kolasinac’s cross, but the Serbian was flagged for offside.
The draw means Spurs have now only won one of their last 27 league visits to Arsenal, coming from 0-2 down to win 3-2 back in November 2010.
Arsenal are now fifth on seven points, while Spurs are ninth on five points in the league table.
