The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has ordered Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to allow the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) access to the result sheets of the elections.
The panel, chaired by Justice Mohammed Garba, also ordered the Resident Electoral Commissioner of Zamfara State to produce same for all polling units in the state.
Chris Uche, counsel to PDP, had told the tribunal in an application on Wednesday that Yakubu and the REC had failed to comply with subpoenas from the court.
The panel gave Yakubu till 12pm on Thursday to provide the sheets.
