Singer YCEE, Responds To Reviews On His Album 

Many reviews have rolled in since the release of Ycee’s debut album “YCEE vs ZAHEER”, Some of the reviews have questioned his decision to make the album a mixture of singing and rapping.
Ycee  has taken his time to respond to them one after the other ,saying that the kind of music created is dependent on the fans and music lovers.
The singer  also made his opinion known on many things that are responsible  for the kind of music created.
He further emphasized the importance of the fans in creating quality music ,saying that most times they are the determinant of the kind of music they want.
Ycee started his music career in 2012 as an underground rapper. He signed a record deal with Tinny Entertainment. Due to his educational engagements, he took time off from music after gaining admission to the University of Lagos.
In May 2015, Ycee released the critically acclaimed song “Condo”, which was nominated for Best Collaboration of The Year and Best Music Video of The Year at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
 On 20 July 2015, he released the hit single “Jagaban”. Nigerian rapper Olamide asked him to be featured on the remix.
 His career further hit the limelight after he received a nomination for Revelation of the Year at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards. Moreover, he was nominated for Best Artist in African Pop at the 2015 All Africa Music Awards.
